How to shop at Rapublic.cz - brief pointers

1) Registration: Fill in all the necessary details (delivery address, contact) in the "Registration" section. Make sure there are no mistakes in the registration form!

2) Login: The login box is on the right side. You can edit your account after logging in (e.g. change the delivery address) and display the status of your orders. In some cases you can also cancel your orders onlinei.

3) Ordering: Individual items are added to the shopping basket (on the right). After choosing your items, go to the basket and follow the instructions. The ordering is split into three steps, you can change the delivery address and choose "Only send a complete order" in the second step.

4) "Only send a complete order": If this box is ticked, we will send the order only if we have all the items available. If you do not tick this box and some of the items are not available, we will send only the available items.

5) The items are sent by post, postage and packing costs 110,- Kč. If the order is over 1500,- Kč the postage is free (this does not apply to magazines, tickets, audio-video). Delivery time is within 7 days, but the delivery is often faster (usually around 3 days).

6) Cancelling your order: You can cancel the order up untill the point when we start to deal with it. You can read more about cancellation and reclamations in the "Terms and Conditions" and "Warranty".

7) Choice of size and color: The colors cannot be chosen, they correspond to the colors in the item picture. The color is shown at the end of the item's name, e.g. "Karl Kani Tee white".

8) Item sorting: The items are sorted into categories and subcategories. You can sort the items within each category according to the aplhabet or price (highest to lowest, lowest to highest). You can sort the items by brand in the footer of the page, by clicking the relevant icon.
