Applicable law: the trade between the two parties follows the applicable Czech law regardless of whether the buyer is a domestic or a foreign entity.
The terms of trade for online transactions are governed by the §53 of the Czech civil code and the 634/1992 consumer protection act, to which www.rapublic.cz adheres.

The goods are sent by post within 7 working days if the goods are in stock, 20 working days otherwise. If there is a great demand for the goods, the delivery might be delayed. In that case, please accept our apologies. You will be informed should the delivery be delayed or the goods sold out.

Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are added to the price of the goods, adjusted to the current rates of delivery agencies and the exchange rate of CZK to EUR.

Warranty and returns policy
According to the Commercial Code, the goods sold have at least a 6 month warranty period, or 24 months for consumers under the Civil Code. The reclamation procedure is governed by the warranty guidelines.
