U\u017e s\u00e1m n\u00e1zev napov\u00edd\u00e1, \u017ee p\u016fjde o vy\u0159azen\u00ed sacharid\u016f, tak\u017ee zapome\u0148te na rohl\u00edky, dalam\u00e1nky, koblihy, knedl\u00edky, ale i r\u00fd\u017ei a brambory, jak\u00fdkoliv cukr, to znamen\u00e1 i ovoce, dop\u0159\u00e1t si m\u016f\u017eete jen bobulovit\u00e9, nap\u0159. bor\u016fvky nebo maliny, zapome\u0148te na oby\u010dejn\u00fd \u0159epkov\u00fd nebo slune\u010dnicov\u00fd olej, a tak\u00e9 alkohol typu \u2013 pivo, lik\u00e9ry, tvrd\u00fd alkohol. Na rozd\u00edl od sacharid\u016f, kter\u00e9 dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed energii sice rychle, ale jen kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b, proto m\u00e1te za chv\u00edli hlad, si m\u016f\u017eete dop\u0159\u00e1vat MASO, ZELENINU A TUKY \u2013 tak\u017ee vejce na slanin\u011b jsou absolutn\u011b v po\u0159\u00e1dku, p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 ov\u0161em na s\u00e1dle, ne na oleji, a k tomu dostatek zeleniny, ta by u t\u00e9to stravy m\u011bla u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho j\u00eddla p\u0159edstavovat polovinu tal\u00ed\u0159e, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i du\u0161en\u00e1. Je toho mnohem v\u00edc, co si m\u016f\u017eete dop\u0159\u00e1vat \u2013 ryby, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky (ov\u0161em ne n\u00edzkotu\u010dn\u00e9), sem\u00ednka, jako jsou t\u0159eba d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e1, slune\u010dnicov\u00e1 apod., o\u0159echy \u2013 vla\u0161sk\u00e9, l\u00edskov\u00e9, mandle, ov\u0161em nepra\u017een\u00e9 a nesolen\u00e9, a\u017e budete pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00ed a za\u010dalo by V\u00e1m pe\u010divo chyb\u011bt, m\u016f\u017eete si up\u00e9ct svoje, ale mouku mus\u00edte nahradit moukou kokosovou, ln\u011bnou, nebo nap\u0159. mandlovou. Ve v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech si m\u016f\u017eete dovolit kousek \u010dokol\u00e1dy, ov\u0161em alespo\u0148 70%.
